Founded in 1999, drawing on twenty years of experience in the footwear and leather goods industry, Tecnomoda is a family-run company that has built its success on the values of reliability, quality, and passion for its work. We have always collaborated with some of the most prestigious international fashion brands, offering high-quality products and a service based on trust and continuity.

We produce and sell technical products for the footwear and leather goods sectors, with a particular focus on sustainability. Since 2020, we have embarked on a path of responsible innovation, introducing eco-friendly fabrics made with 100% GOTS-certified organic cotton.

In 2024, we obtained GRS certification, consolidating our expertise in the production of recycled fabrics. The entire production chain—from spinning to weaving, from dyeing to finishing—is fully GOTS and GRS certified, guaranteeing quality, traceability, and respect for the environment.

GOTS Certification

The Global Organic Textile Standard is promoted by leading international organic agriculture organizations to ensure responsible and sustainable development in the textile sector. Its widespread international recognition allows producers and sellers of organic textiles to have a certification accepted in all major markets. GOTS requires the issuance of a third-party verified environmental declaration certifying the organic natural fiber content of both intermediate and finished products, traceability throughout the entire production process, restrictions on the use of chemicals, and compliance with environmental and social criteria throughout the supply chain, from harvesting the natural fibers to subsequent manufacturing processes and the labeling of the finished product. Textile products, manufacturing activities, and chemicals for the textile industry can be certified according to GOTS.

GRS Certification

The Global Recycle Standard is promoted by Textile Exchange, one of the leading international non-profit organizations for responsible and sustainable development in the textile sector.
The standard recognizes the importance of recycling for the growth of a sustainable production and consumption model, with the aim of promoting the reduction of resource consumption (virgin raw materials, water, and energy) and increasing the quality of recycled products.

The GRS requires the issuance of a third-party verified environmental declaration that ensures the recycled content of their products, both intermediate and finished, traceability throughout the entire production process, restrictions on the use of chemicals, and compliance with environmental and social criteria throughout the production chain, from material recycling to subsequent manufacturing stages, and up to the labeling of the finished product. The phases not covered by the certification include waste collection, sorting, selection, and grouping. Products and manufacturing activities can be certified under the GRS.
